UnknownError	0	Unknown error
Found	1	A block is localized.
NotFound	2	No blocks are localized.
RequestTimeout	3	Request time out (more than 1 minute)
RequestIntervalTooLow	4	Request time interval is too low
QpsLimitExceeded	5	QPS limit exceeded
