Compliance Guide¶
Introduction¶
Based on the regions where the application server, the application distribution server and users located, many laws, regulations and policies may applies to an application. The application developer has to ensure satisfaction of the laws, regulations and policies that applies.
Following are some common compliance requirements for reference.
Privacy Policy¶
If the laws, regulations and policies that applies require disclosure of access or collection of user data, please ensure to add the following term in the privacy policy to end-users for the application and present it before the initialization of EasyAR Sense.
Our product embeds EasyAR Sense, which may collect your identifierForVendor(iOS), device model, manufacturer, brand, operating system version, SDK feature usage log to do analytics and improve products and services, and may access your camera images, motion sensor readings to fulfill software functionality.
Please be sure to read Data Access , and adjust the above term based on application usage.
Data Safety Forms¶
Application distribution platforms may require disclosure of access or collection of user data in data safety forms. If it applies, please be sure to read Data Access and fill forms from platforms based on application usage.
Upon release your application to Play Store, it is required to fill Google’s data safety form. See here .
Upon release your application to Apple’s App Store, it is required to fill Apple’s app privacy form. See here .
Requirements Concerning Children¶
Laws, regulations, policies and application distribution platforms may have special requirements concerning children. If they applies, please be sure to satisfy them, including but not limited to display of age verification popups.
